How does coaching work?

In the first 75-90 minute meeting, you and Shannon will begin to develop your relationship, to design your coaching alliance, and to determine together the goals that will lead you to the life you long to lead.

After the first meeting, you and Shannon will meet between 2 and 4 times per month (based on your preference) for 45 minutes per session.  In between, you and Shannon can communicate via email and, if needed, telephone.

Coaching is usually done over the phone or Skype; however, in-person options are available. In addition to allowing frequent, regular contact, the phone makes it easy to stay in the "coaching relationship", since you can call from your office, home, car or hotel. You will completes a coaching call strategy form prior to each call, describing the current challenges and the progress you've made since the last call.

When you have decided to move forward with Shannon as your coach, she will send you a log-in and password, so that you can complete your Initial Information forms and remit payment for your upcoming coaching sessions.
